  • Only you can access, read, or modify your logs, journal entries, and reports.
  • Your private journal entries are encrypted at rest and never exposed in raw text to system administrators.
  • We never share, license, or sell your health, mood, or lifestyle data to advertisers, insurance providers, or third-party corporations.

2. Wellness Scope & Medical Disclaimer

Important Wellness NoticeNaylah.fit provides private educational rhythm tracking, body awareness context, and routine planning support. It does not replace medical consultation, professional diagnosis, therapy, or clinical treatment.

To keep you safe, our system strictly enforces the following boundaries:

  • No Medical Diagnosis: We do not diagnose PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid disorders, PMDD, clinical depression, or any other physical or mental condition.
  • No Treatment / Prescriptions: We do not recommend medication, supplements, dosages, or tell you what medical actions to take.
  • No Fertility Guarantees: We offer educational cycle rhythm estimates, but do not guarantee ovulation days or make conception promises.
  • Extreme restriction support: We do not support extreme dieting, purging, or dangerous caloric restriction goals. We promote steady, non-restrictive care.

3. Data Control & Deletion

You own your story. We make it easy to manage your information at any time:

  • Export Your Data: You can download a complete, readable file containing all your mood, sleep, cycle, and journal logs.
  • Permanent Deletion: If you choose to delete your account, your profile, active subscriptions, and database records will be permanently erased from our servers immediately.

4. Under-18 Safety

To protect younger users, Naylah.fit is strictly designed for individuals aged 18 and older. Upon registration, users must confirm they meet this age requirement to accept these privacy terms.
